BASIC PACKAGES: 1) condos---$50 per month 2) houses---$80 per month Basic Package Services Include: - One interior and exterior visual inspection per week. If a repair is needed, a report and estimate will be forwarded to owner.
- Simple maintenance. (burned out light bulb, etc.) This will be performed at no charge, providing that there are bulbs or appropriate parts available in the house.
- Bill payment related to the home or unit, including cable, phone, electricity and internet, etc.
- Supervision of your house cleaning service, or Jacosun will provide house cleaning service if requested, at reasonable prices.
- Supervision of your Security Service, or Jacosun will provide Security Service if requested, at reasonable prices.
- Emergency services. We act when unexpected situations happen (water leaks, window breakage, garage door jams, security bar damage, insect infestation, etc.) We stabilize the problem first; then you receive an e-mail report, with digital photos as quickly as possible. An estimate of repairs will follow.
